EduSphere is building a new training campus. At its centre is a rectangular seminar hall measuring 60 metres in length and 40 metres in width. A uniform walking corridor 5 metres wide surrounds the hall on all four sides. Beyond this corridor lies a landscaped garden extending a further 10 metres uniformly on every side. Together, the hall, the corridor, and the garden form one larger rectangular plot.
At the centre of the seminar hall, a circular reception desk of radius 7 metres is marked out using polished marble flooring. Throughout this passage, use pi = 22/7.
Near the campus entrance, a cylindrical overhead water tank has a radius of 7 metres and a height of 10 metres, built at an estimated cost of Rs. 150 per cubic metre of storage capacity. Adjacent to the tank, a conical decorative spire sits atop the entrance gate, having a base radius of 7 metres and a slant height of 25 metres.
Finally, campus planners are proposing to widen the garden strip uniformly by a further 5 metres on every side during a future expansion phase.
