Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BriskQuiz (briskquiz.com, the "Service"). By using BriskQuiz, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

BriskQuiz is a free quiz platform. You can play quizzes without creating an account. Creating an account lets you save scores, build a play streak, and appear on the public leaderboard. We don't charge for access to quizzes, and there's nothing to purchase on BriskQuiz.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information (name, email) when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person — please don't create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.

Public leaderboard and profile

If you play while signed in, some of your information appears publicly on the leaderboard and your profile card — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what's shown. Don't use your name, avatar, or "about me" bio to impersonate someone else, or to post anything abusive, offensive, or unlawful. We can remove profile content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play quizzes, farm scores, or scrape site content
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use BriskQuiz for any unlawful purpose

Content and ownership

The quiz questions, explanations, design, and branding on BriskQuiz belong to BriskQuiz. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our quiz content elsewhere without permission.

You retain ownership of the profile content you add (your avatar choice, "about me" bio). By adding it, you allow BriskQuiz to display it on your public profile and leaderboard entries as part of the Service.

Accuracy of content

BriskQuiz is built to help you learn and test your knowledge. We work hard to keep every question and explanation accurate, but mistakes can happen — please verify anything important independently before relying on it.

Third-party services

BriskQuiz relies on third-party services to operate, including Amazon Cognito (authentication), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on signup), and Google Analytics. If we run advertising in the future, it will be through Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details. Links to other websites from BriskQuiz are provided for convenience — we're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

No warranty

BriskQuiz is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BriskQuiz and its creators are not liable for any loss or damages arising from errors on the site, downtime, or your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You can stop using BriskQuiz, or ask us to remove your account, at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use BriskQuiz after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
